These terms
This website is operated by PayTech Group AS, registered in Norway under organisation number [organisation number]. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
They govern your use of the website only. Any work we do for you is governed by the engagement contract signed for it, and where these terms and that contract disagree, the contract wins.
The content is not advice
Everything on this site describes capabilities and points of view. It is general information, not professional, financial, legal or regulatory advice, and it is not an offer or a recommendation to do anything in particular.
Do not act on it as though it were tailored to your portfolio. Advice about your business requires knowing your business, which means an engagement, not a web page.
Illustrative figures
The live-signal panel on the home page is a demonstration of a reporting format. Its approval rate, portfolio momentum, exception count and chart are generated in your browser to show the cadence of the reporting, and the panel is labelled as an illustrative view on its face.
They are not real portfolio data, not a benchmark, and not a result we are promising you. Nothing about them should be relied on for any decision.
The figures stated elsewhere on the site describe our experience across engagements. They are context for who we are, not a forecast of what your programme would produce.
Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is either. Content can go out of date, and we may change or remove any of it without notice.
The site is provided as it stands. We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or free of error.
Intellectual property
The content of this site -- text, design, artwork, logos and code -- belongs to PayTech Group AS or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may read it, and you may quote short extracts with attribution and a link back. You may not republish it wholesale, use it commercially, or present it as your own work, without our written permission.
The PayTech name and marks are ours. Any other names or marks that appear belong to their respective owners, and appear only to identify them.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to anything behind it, do not interfere with its operation, do not introduce anything malicious, and do not scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people.
Links out
Where we link to another site, we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data. Their terms and their privacy policies apply once you arrive.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on its content, including lost profit, lost revenue or lost data.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett), subject to any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.
